At Ariel's Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved items and final sale pieces are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective mailer, ensuring the security of the piece to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
